Just started using the program today. Easy so far. A little problem with the aligment of fields. It would have been great to use the "tab" key to toggle between fields.

The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). So far I like it. I don't like that it saves it multiple times and when I try to get rid of the older versions it erases all. I am not sure if I am doing it wrong. Overall, I like the features. I'd like to see the rotating feature added. For instance, when you erase and add a new text, and thd pdf page is crooked, you can cut and rotate the piece to straiten it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best tool for PDF editing I have found so far
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive if you're not a business user (the price is too high for myself when I need the tool for a few times during the month, so it doesn't worth the price)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works perfectly as an editor, so I can easily change my documents with minimum effort.

I am confused: can I efile the 940,941, 1096+1099 with the IrS from this sight using "Export-submit to IRS?...how and how to i get confirmation of the filing??

It was so easy and convenient to send documents to IRS and I used the customer service/help desk and they were very knowledgeable and answered my questions promptly. First time user and I'm impressed!

I love this app
I love this app! It works very well and they've made some improvements since I first started using it. Makes filling out PDFs so much easier!

PDFfiller is a great tool for having documents signed on PDFs!
Overall, I am super satisfied with PDFfiller and will continue to use.
What I like most about PDFfiller is how easy it is for myself and clients to sign documents. This is one of the best tools I have found to edit.
I do not have any complaints at this time regarding PDFfiller. It has been a lifesaver for myself when I need things signed!!
