This is a pretty good tool to use for filling out, signing, sending, and working on high school scholarships! you can open .pdf files right on the program and fill them out and even sign them and email them to the recipient.
The only downside is the cost, its kind of ridiculous in price.

Its a great tool. I use it and will continue to. The price seems steep but I bought it for a year, so I guess it's in my price range. Still wish it was cheaper. I'll admit I'm a penny puncher though. So I can be a cheap one.

How do you use call control app?
For Android, tap the settings gear to open the menu and 'Add New Device'. For iPhone, tap the Home icon on the bottom menu and 'Add New Device'.
What is call control app?
The Call Control — SMS/Call Blocker app for Android is the first one I've tested that successfully solves this problem. Spam callers are both silently blocked and prevented from leaving voicemail, leaving you at peace.

Step 2: Open your settings. Step 3: Tap the phone icon. Step 4: Tap Call Blocking & Identification. Step 5: Enable Call Control. Step 6: Return to Call Control app. Now Call Control can automatically block robocalls from calling your phone!

How Call Control works. With Call Control on, when a caller phones you for the first time, they'll be prompted to enter a number on their keypad. If they enter it successfully, the call will go through to you, and they won't be prompted again (as long as they're one of your 25 most recent callers).
