To remove the watermark, you'll need to purchase a subscription. You can do so under Settings, Account, Register/Login, then click on Buy Subscription. Subscription will auto-renew until it is cancelled. If you wish to cancel the subscription, you can do so in iTunes on your iPad or Mac.
Click Settings > Billing. Click Cancel Subscription. Complete the cancellation survey. Click Submit. Click Confirm Subscription Cancellation.
