The questionnaire asks applicant to send proof of income and supporting documents for all expenses. I do not know how to send these and hope I'll hear from someone about how to do this.

It is an easier way to scan in documents that need information changed often. We have made them templates. It allows us to change already printed documents and keep the professional look.

The ease of use and the price. The software is almost intuitive, so that almost anyone can use it without spending a lot of time. It has all the functions that get the job done.
The printing of documents requires having adobe for us. We have found that printing straight from the website, often does not print in full size. We have to save as PDF and then print. You can make it work, but it takes longer.

It is a little difficult to figure out how to load an existing form with the saved name. I also had to Google how to enlarge the font. Most of the help directions are outdated, but I did finally figure it out after a lot of wasted time. I DO like the program in general and love being able to convert and save in a different format.

How do I open a password-protected PDF without the password?
Click on File Tab and Open Properties. Now Click on Permission Details and open Security Tab. Check the No Security option. Click on Remove Password in Security Method menu.
How do I print a secured PDF without the password?
Click File > Properties.
After the Document Properties opens, make the Security tab selected, and choose No Security from the drop-down menu next to Security Method.
Now the PDF document is unsecured, and you can print it without any password or restrictions.
How do I remove security from a PDF without the password?
Open the PDF document using Google Chrome.
Click the Print button present on the left side.
Now, click the Change button present under the destination.
