Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.

Has a lot of features which will be most beneficial as soon as we learn to use them. Is an easy program to enter information into for forms and hopefully the longer we use it the more efficient we will become. Such as the feature of creating a template from a form instead of what we did which was to do it over and over again, and not recognizing the way to save it online.

It's been very good working with PDF Filler. Makes saving forms so much easier. I only have one complaint. When it comes to dates, I usually need to write it as year-month-day; but PDF Filler is already programmed as day-month-year so I have to keep on erasing dates and fill it out by hand, which is annoying.

I love the program. I could wish it had some other features for editing the existing documents but for what I generally need (real estate forms) it is fantastic!

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. So far, it has been acceptable, but I am having to self teach a lot of items. It would be good to have a one hour presentation on the basics, and then some specific presentations on individual task.

I've been very happy with this product! It has helped me tremendously file insurance claims and do work since my husband has been in the hospital since 5/30/20. I did the free trial but will be purchasing it for the year.
