I had the wrong EIN number on a 1099-misc.and it kept rejecting it until I got it corrected which made me frustrated until I saw it was an error in the EIN given to me and then I was glad that I used the service to correct the error.

Can you copy comments from one Word document to another?
Highlight the comment mark in your document. Press Ctrl+C. The comment mark and the associated comment are copied to the Clipboard. Position the insertion point at the location where you want to copy the comment.
Can you copy track changes from one document to another?
To cut and paste tracked changes text from one document to another: In Document A (the original document), select the text containing the tracked changes that you want to paste into Document B (the target document). Press Ctrl+F3 this cuts (deletes) the text from Document A and places it on the 'spike' clipboard.
Can copy and paste be tracked?
The first key to keeping the tracked changes with the text being copied is to make sure the Track Changes feature is turned off. To do this, click the Review tab on the ribbon. NOTE: You can also paste the text into any existing Word document. Click the File tab.
