Mostly good - had a little difficulty when the app decided I could only answer 1 category when I needed to respond to all 5 subcategories of a question. Also, messed with the date - it changed to a different format.

The App is clunky and not easy to use and annoyed that when trying to combine different documents have to upgrade to the next level.
So overall good product on laptop, poor app and disappointing capabilities v price.

There are two comments for the development team and marketing team: 1/I expected a free trial, and 2/There are so many options that it can be confusing when you are just starting. I would have appreciated less options up front and some video tutorials to introduce me to advanced features.

It met what I needed but there is a problem with text fonts. In my case I needed a specific font and I couldn't find it, it would be interesting if it were possible to include a new font.

Is it illegal to make a fake transcript?
Forgery qua forgery isn't illegal in general. Well, forgery is illegal whether it is in the favor of the forger or not. It falls under fraud and misrepresentation. I don't understand why someone would want to forge an academic transcript to make one look worse, though.
