I had a problem printing a draft of a form. "Blocked plug-in". Had a chat with Paul on the site, and followed his suggestions for a fix. Then was able to print the form. I am a new user and have yet to make changes to the form and print it. Hoping for the best with that. Thanks, Verne

Liking it so far. But when I'm using the eraser, line, or other tool, it automatically changes back to text add mode after saving the change I've made rather than staying with the eraser, line drawer, etc. If you did it this way b/c more users keep erasing, adding lines, highlights, etc when they intend to make only one change and start typing then nevermind. I would rather it stay with the eraser, highlighter, etc. and I'll switch back to adding text when I'm ready to do so. Hope that helps.

Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to create forms and to fill out PDF forms. I also like the mobile app.

It's a bit slow, and sometimes crashes, requiring you to start over

Easy to use. I have been using this app for a long time and is really easy to learn how to use and reliable results. Pros. This does everything that Adobe apps should do. It is a great way to reduce paper use. UI looks a bit sophisticated, but it does what you need. Sometimes the support service takes a long time

It really helps being Paper Less It really helps being Paper Less. I don't need to travel to me nearest FedEx to Print job applications and drop them off at the actual location. I can just download the PDF and fill it out to send right back .

Select the files or folders to compress; right-click on the selected area and select “Send to.” Click “Compressed (zipped) folder” to compress the selected files and archive them into a single convenient file with the maximum possible data compression.
Click the File tab. Click Account Settings, and then click Account Settings. On the Data Files tab, click the data file that you want to compact, and then click Settings. Click Compact Now.
Select the photo in the email. If the image is large, Google will resize to Best fit, so it appears neatly on the page. Select Small from the sizing options to reduce it. Or use the blue squares on the outline around the photo to drag it to the size you want.
Open that folder, then select File, New, Compressed (zipped) folder. Type a name for the compressed folder and press enter. Your new compressed folder will have a zipper on its icon to indicate that any files contained in it are compressed. To compress files (or make them smaller) simply drag them into this folder.
Email standards don't specify any sort of size limit. In practice, most email server sand some email clients enforce their own size limits. In general, when attaching files to an email, you can be reasonably sure that up to 10 MB of attachments are okay.
Every mail server has different maximum attachment sizes that they allow. Rackspace email currently allows 50 MB files, and Gmail (Google Apps) allows 25 MB. But keep in mind just because you can send a large file, the other person may not be able to receive it.
Click “Pictures” and then click “Compress Pictures.” Click “E-mail Messages” in the Compress Pictures pane. Click “OK” to mark the photos for compression. Press “Ctrl-S” to resize the photos to fit a 160-by-160 window and use a compressed file format.
