Only used twice but each time I was pleased with the features and ease of use. The only negative is that it is difficult to save files. I had to use a two step process of saving to PDF Filler then copying to my local drive.

The service works well and is very convenient, however I was disappointed by the way I was able to complete an entire form but was not advised it was not free until the form was completed after spending a couple hours working on it. Since this is a pay service, the consumer should be advised immediately upon accessing any forms on an internet search. In order to preserve my work, I had no choice but to subscribe. Perhaps you should market a new service that charges by the document. I would have gladly paid for that up front. The service itself works very well.

I worked on a form without signing into my account. I came back to work on it some more and couldn't find it. I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Works fast and easy
Works fast and easy, great service!I had signed up very briefly to edit some pdfs for work. The program worked smoothly, but then I foolishly forgot to end my membership, and was billed for a years' worth of their service, which I did not need. Their customer support was top-notch and had my problem resolved in just a few minutes. I'd recommend them for anyone looking for a company that is responsive to their customers.

It served my purposes
It served my purposes. There were a few instances where it would not properly let me check a box. Also, inputting dates, did not always work as expected. I was not always able to manually type in a date. It forced me to use the calendar. Sometimes.

I have found the software to be easy to use and has features that similar sites don't have. I have not yet spent much time to learn all of its features but I plan to. I would like to create forms and sell them on your platform. I would like to create some form that would allow a business to evaluate and identify its essential functions so that they may operate efficiently in times of, say a global pandemic.

Grab any of the handles and drag them to resize layer. If you also hold down the Shift key it will resize the layer proportionally. Keeping width and height at the same ratio.
