Would be amazing if it had a free option for students. Could also benefit from offering different single line - shapes such as circles and squares etc

Maybe I haven't found it, but it would help if there was a way to stop the fillable areas from snapping to each other. I had to figure out work-arounds for a lot of them.

Allows unlimited potential to edit virtually any document and send it electronically or conventionally. This software is a time saver/life saver.
What do you dislike?
The drawback. The Eraser tool. This tool could use some work as far as the shape of the tool. The option to be circular as well as the normal shape would be of great assistance when editing. A competitor of yours, sorry to mention uses an eraser too that is amazing and I have thought of switching simply for access to the editing qualities of that software. It allows for the one time purchase of their software and I would not pay monthly fees to maintain it either.

The editor allows our office to clean up and mark up documents received in our office such as lease agreements or forms attached to a policy which either enhance or negatively impact the clients coverage from year to year. We directly not on those forms in our proposals during renewal negotiations so the client has specifically seen and reviewed how the coverage impacts their insurance needs.

Can you Capitalise lease payments?
Leases are capitalized when the business first obtains the right to control or use a leased asset. This is done by crediting the lease liability account for an amount equal to the present value of all remaining lease payments and debiting an ROU asset account for a corresponding amount.
Is lease termination expense deductible?
Amounts paid by a tenant to a landlord to terminate a lease early are generally immediately deductible in full by the tenant in the year paid. However, some exceptions to this general rule apply and tenants may not always deduct such expenses relating to terminating a lease.
Can you capitalize lease termination fees?
IRS regulations effective in 2003 answered this question. Regs. Sec. 1.263(a)-4(d)(7)(i) (A) generally requires the capitalization of amounts paid by a lessor to a lessee to terminate a lease of real or tangible personal property.
How do you account for lease termination fees?
Any difference between the carrying amounts of the right-of-use asset and the lease liability should be recorded in the income statement as a gain or loss; if a termination penalty is paid, that amount should be included in the gain or loss on termination.
Are leasing fees capitalized?
If the lease agreement meets at least one of the four criteria provided by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), the lease is capitalized, which means that the lessee (the company leasing the asset from another) recognizes both depreciation expense and interest expense on the lease.
