I am a real estate investor
I am a real estate investor. This program allows me to sign and send contracts on the fly. This program was easy to start - I was using it to sign and edit contracts within the first 5 minutes. I very much recommend PDF Filler.

I like everything except when filing in…
I like everything except when filing in the forms the lines do not automatically wrap to the next line. I have to know to stop and manually go to the next line, Maybe that could be fixed. Also, when I tried to share the completed to form via email; nothing was received by the recipient. Only via fax did information get received.

An aptest service, or attestation service, is an independent review of a company's financial statement conducted by a certified public accountant (CPA). The CPA delivers an attestation report with conclusions about the reliability of the data.
Is a review an aptest engagement?
A review engagement is both an assurance and an aptest engagement. A compilation is an aptest engagement only, not an assurance engagement. The explanation justifies it as an aptest engagement because attest engagements require independence as set forth in STARS.
What is considered an aptest engagement?
An attestation engagement is an arrangement with a client where an independent third party investigates and reports on subject created by a client. Examples of attestation engagements are: Reporting on financial projections made by a client.
