The support team are the BEST!I didn’t understand that I was signing up a yearly subscription. I wanted to use the pdf only once. I notice in my account they charge me for a yearly subscription. What an awesome product. We use accord forms so often in this office that it is nice to have help!
We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service.
There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

Makes Working Easier!
My experience has been wonderful. I cannot complain one bit.
Who doesn't like to be able to edit or create PDF forms! I handle tons of PDF and word document forms all day and this software is most definitely helpful in completing my tasks.
Are you kidding?! There are not cons at all. PDF filler literally keeps me from having to print documents to fill them.

What do you like best?
The fact that you can make templates for repeat use. That saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike?
The cost is a little high for what I use it for- just doing some monthly billing for a handful of clients.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It saves me time and I have a lot of difficulties filling out insurance forms by hand as the fields are so small.

This site was exactly what we needed to edit pdf's and create fillable fields for all of our school enrollment forms. The options for receiving the information when completed, as well as many other perks made this a perfect product for our use. How long do contractors have to respond to CPA Revaluations?
By regulation, contractors are entitled to rebut a negative evaluation of their performance in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System, or CARS. FAR 42.1503(d). A contractor's rebuttal submission typically is due within 14 calendar days of the date the agency invites the contractor to respond.
How long do contractors have to respond to CPA Revaluations after the assessing official's signature date?
If the Contractor Representative sends comments within the first 14 days following the Assessing Official's signature date, the evaluation will become available in the Past Performance Information Retrieval System — Report Card (PPIRS-RC) within one day.
When should past performance information be provided to the contractor?
(g) Agencies shall use the past performance information in CARS that is within three years (six for construction and architect-engineer contracts) of the completion of performance of the evaluated contract or order, and information contained in the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAP IIS),
How long does a Cars rating last?
Because a CARS rating is generally valid for 3 years (6 years for construction/architect-engineer contracts), a contractor may be inclined to challenge a negative CARS if it believes it has been unfairly evaluated.
How often are Cars required?
Note: All CARS are due within 120 days after the end of the assessment period.
What is Cars in government contracting?
CARS is a web-enabled application that collects and manages the library of automated Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (Cars). A CAR assesses a contractor's performance and provides a record, both positive and negative, on a given contractor during a specific period of time.
Are Cars public information?
Generally speaking, the government has three primary systems or modules that contain past performance data: Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CARS). The CARS database is available to source selection officials government-wide, but it is not publicly available.
What is a Cars rating?
Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CAR) An individual evaluation of contractor performance, which includes a rating and a narrative in the following areas: quality, schedule, cost control, management, and regulatory compliance.
