The billing is bogus and felt dishonest, but customer service fixed my problems after an email. These save well as pdfs but not as docs. I think the service should be less expensive, given apps with similar functionality.

What do you like best? It is easy to use across multiple platforms. What do you dislike? Some steps feel more complicated than they need to be, such as renaming a file. Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.

Type your business name, city, and zip/postal code in to Enter a Business field. Your review link will appear under the map. Copy the URL to your clipboard and shorten it using a tool like Billy. Share the link with customers in emails, text messages, or even on.
Step 1: Figure out why you have a low rating. Has your customer service been poor? Step 2: Respond to customer reviews regularly. May it be angry reviews or positive ones, responding to your reviews on Google is a good practice. Step 3: Work on getting more great reviews.
