The fact that the software does not offer a reasonable and affordable way for my assistant to access account and complete routine tasks

It's is easy to use and convenient, because I can access it from any of my computers, whether in office or out of town on my laptop.

About the only things that I dislike is the cost.

It's nice to be able to pull a form into the application and fill it out and then copy, save, send, etc. It makes all of our forms, applications look very professional.

NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. IT'S BETTER THAN DOCUSIGN I like that you can send to other to sign just like docusign. You can also fill in the blanks. You can share the info and even print. Also is not too pricey. What I don't like is, when I send to multiple signers anyone can sign even on my signature. I wish they'd allow set signatures per person so that folks won't get confused .
