As a freelancer I use PDF Filler to complete W9 forms - it's great! PDF Filler is simple, easy to use, and creates professional documents that are easily accepted by employers and large corporations. The exporting workflow is a little confusing - at least for their IRS W9 Form. Instead of just pressing a button to save the file to my phone I had to email it to myself in order to obtain it. This may have just been my ignorance, however. All in all, PDF Filler is a great help!

I will be back! I used PDFfiller to sign severance paperwork. I took the free trial and then THOUGHT I canceled it right away. When the charge came through, I was ready for a fight...but that didn't happen. Kirsten at PDFfiller's live chat was lovely and helpful. She even apologized for the mistake I most likely made. Then she asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel (a trained question). When I said that I didn't need the service, she didn't push and she processed the cancellation and refund right away. If/when I DO need a pdf filling service again, I will use them!

Open Microsoft Word. Choose the Review tab at the top of the document. Either click the Track Changes button (PC) or toggle the Track Changes switch (Mac). Make sure that you change 'Simple Markup' to 'All Markup' from the drop-down bar next to Track Changes.
Track Changes is a way for Microsoft Word to keep track of the changes you make to a document. You can then choose to accept or reject those changes. Let's say Bill creates a document and emails it to his colleague, Lee, for feedback. Lee can edit the document with Track Changes on.
Make sure the Review tab of the ribbon is displayed. Click the Show Markup tool (in the Tracking group) and then click Reviewers. ... Make sure a check mark appears only beside the reviewer whose changes you want to see. Click the down-arrow under the Accept tool in the Changes category. ... Choose To accept All Changes Shown.
To enable Track Changes, click the Review tab and then click the Track Changes option in the Tracking group. Then, select Track Changes from the drop-down's list. In Word 2003, display the Reviewing toolbar by choosing Toolbars from the View menu and checking Reviewing.
The best way to view changes is to select to Edit the document in Word. This will open the document in your local Word 2013. Then you can click the Review tab and set Tracking to All Markup. Then you will see all the tracked changes in the document.
To display the comments the way that you want them to appear in the printed document, do one of the following: View all comments: To view all comments in your document, on the Review tab, click Show Markup in the Tracking group, point to Reviewers, and then click to select All Reviewers.
Open a document in Word if one is not already open; it can be a blank one. Click the Review Tab. Select “All Markup” from the pull down menu that's to the right of the Track Changes button. ... Right-click each potential change to accept or reject it.
