I thought I was signing up for the $6 option, but found out it was actually the $20 one. A bit deceptive. So glad I found this site though. Too bad the original PDF designers didn't create PDFs with the option of converting to Word. I adore PDFFiller they are great to help when small issues arise , and when you get frustrated with items not working . The staff is always ready to help and does not treat the customers like a number. I feel it is some of the best money we spend every year.We do not have a business , but we have to deal with many government offices and this is a great way to be able to fax and email and even mail via your local mail carrier and edit things that need to be sent.

Does what it needs to do, helps with modifying PDF files, just the whole uploading and downloading the file is kinda annoying and feels like it has a bit to many extra steps.

I can email important documents immediately upon request. I can edit and sign government documents that are lifesaving for important life necessities. I.e. rental arrears. Rent ledgers. W2 forms, etc.
The darn subscription is too expensive just to use for once a month, or only when necessary. They should have like, one time prepaid options instead of monthly or yearly.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.
