In my opinion this application is very powerful, however not so intuitive, and I had to spend an inordinate amount of time in chat with technical support personnel. I would be happy to explain further.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). The log in process is a little clunky. I have not been able to copy paste a field in the template creator. I have 30 fields or so that will each have the same sized field, I should be able to duplicate the specific field a number of times and paste. No?

What do you like best?
Program is very intuitive and easy to use. I spend less than 10 mins to recreate a document for Customers and it makes a world of difference.

I don't think I have any dislike...or at least none that I've come across too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a must have program...so easy to use and it does it all. Plus an extra bonus is that it's less in cost then the highest competitor. WIN, WIN!

I edit our invoices & receipts. I'm able to provide progress invoices that our system doesn't do. This helps our Customers tremendously to understand paperwork.

My only knock is the price
My only knock is the price, for a small business this is an unique tool to have to save money getting documents done over etc. If the cost was not out of my price range, for the amount of time i use it i would definitely purchase.

We have had a service application on line for several years. People have been printing, handwriting the answers to our application and emailing it back. I just received back my first fillable application and I love it. It is legible and all the answers appear where they are supposed to no more writing up the side of the page because of the limited space for answering.

I liked the idea that I can modify a document with ease, but the yearly rate for educators is too much. I probably would have continued if I was given a reasonable monthly option. I do have a few subscriptions that I keep on a monthly option. So, keep that on mind when you are working with teachers.

Can a postnuptial agreement be amended? Yes. Like a prenup, a postnup can also be edited and amended after it has been created. Situations change, and life happens.
Will a post nup hold up in court?
Enforceability of Postnuptial Agreements in California Courts. While a prenuptial agreement becomes valid on the date it's signed, a postnuptial agreement must be approved by the court to be enforceable.
What makes postnup invalid?
Any concealment, deception, or fraud will likely result in the postnuptial agreement being invalidated in court. Family law courts must also believe that the agreement is fair. If a judge believes that the postnup is significantly biased or unfair to one spouse, the document may not stand up in court.
Can a postnup be challenged?
Both a prenuptial agreement and a postnuptial agreement can be challenged in court. Some state laws specify that the agreement must be made freely by both parties. Others specify that neither party can have hidden assets that are excluded from the agreement. Such issues could be the basis of a challenge.
