There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

Save a PDF To save changes to the current file, choose File > Save. To save a copy of a PDF, choose File > Save As. In Acrobat Reader, choose File > Save As or File > Save As Other > Text. To save a copy of a PDF Portfolio, choose File >Save As Other > PDF Portfolio.
This can happen if the PDF editor you are using is incompatible with the document or is in conflict with other processes on your system. You may also have altered some of the settings on the application you are using or on the PDF document, therefore preventing certain processes such as saving.
How to prevent printing or editing a PDF form Open a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro, proceed to the File option on the top menu bar and select Properties in the list: Choose Password Security in the dropdown below: In the Permissions section, choose whether printing and editing is allowed.
To prevent printing of a PDF file, uncheck the "Allow the document to be printed" option. You must always enter a master password when security options are enabled or when a user password is set. It is recommended that passwords be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 1 number.

Open the document in either OpenOffice.org or LibreOffice and select File – Export as PDF. Click on the Security tab and set a permissions password by clicking the corresponding button. A permissions password (the primary password) requires a password to change permission settings. Using a permissions password, you can restrict printing, editing, and copying content in the PDF. Recipients don't need a password to open the document in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.
Creating PDF files with PDFCreator Select Print from the File menu. In the Print Name field, select the printer PDFCreator and click OK. You will see the window below. Push the Save button. You will be prompted to choose a location to save the newly created PDF file. Choose a location and push the Save button.
