Great Program but..... There are too many software programs out there that do this when they should be very clear from the get go. Great functionality. It had everything I needed for pdf editing. It took no time at all for me to do what I wanted to the document I was revising. Everything was great as far as features and ease of us BUT I do not appreciate or like that it said it was FREE to try and then after making all my changes and going to download it then came up that I needed to give my credit card information in order to get my document. After I declined I was bombarded by emails. I won't go back to it ever.

Click where you want to reference to the footnote or end note. On the References tab, select Insert Footnote or Insert End note. Enter what you want in the footnote or end note. Return to your place in the document by double-clicking the number or symbol at the beginning of the note.
References are indicated within the text by a footnote, references are then given at the bottom of the page. Footnotes should be placed at the end of the relevant sentence where possible and should follow punctuation (for example, by being placed after the full stop).
To insert a footnote or end note subscript its number after the ending punctuation of the quotation/source paraphrase. Place all footnotes/end notes at the bottom of the page in which they appear.
Footnotes can either be placed on the bottom of the page in which they appear, or they can be placed in consecutive order on a separate page after the reference page. In the text of your paper, footnote numbers should be superscripted and should follow any punctuation (except a dash).
Footnotes are listed at the bottom of the page on which a citation is made. A numeral is placed in the text to indicate the cited work and again at the bottom of the page in front of the footnote. A footnote lists the author, title and details of publication, in that order.
In Google Docs in a browser, place your cursor at the point you want to add a footnote, then choose Insert | Footnote. In Google Docs on Android or iOS, tap the spot in your text where you want to add a footnote, then tap the + at the top of the screen, then scroll down and tap Footnote.
