I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. It's pretty good. There is a delay from when I type till when the text appears in the text box.Also, I don't like have each field with a help box. I know I can X it out but it gets in the way when I want to go fast. I do like that it goes automatically from one field to the next such as with the dates.

I had trouble with saving files but I figured it out. The program comes with alot of different features and a webinar to see how it all works would be great.

What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.

What do you like best?
It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.

Easy to use.
I have been using this app for a long time and is really easy to learn how to use and reliable results. Pros. This does everything that Adobe apps should do. It is a great way to reduce paper use.
UI looks a bit sophisticated, but it does what you need. Sometimes the support service takes a long time
