It is very user friendly. I do not like that you have to use the eraser to delete text but otherwise it is way better than other programs I tried. I am also having problems opening pdf filler links on my business account because it goes to my personal account every time because it's on the same computer. I will call customer to fix the problem. They have great customer service I was refunded when I didn’t realize i paid for a years subscription upfront and I only had to pay the first month. Very happy companies like this still exist. The file editing is easy and can be done from iPhone.

PDF Filler - what a great tool
I love the convenience of being able to access and fill out forms from any device or computer. I also like the fact that I can save the forms I create and use them again in the future. Very easy to find and insert the form fields that I need. It is also very user-friendly, and it makes creating forms so much easier. I like that I don't have to download anything and it is all online. I can access my account anywhere, anytime. The customer service is also excellent. I highly recommend it.

Good overall experience
pdfFiller does have a robust feature set for all document needs and the user interface was pleasant to use and mostly intuitive.
I believe that a market for single users is far less likely since a normal user would not require most of the features that pdfFiller has to offer and they would probably not use the paid version.
I would give 5-stars but you have to sign up in order to download your PDFS/Docs, i would recommend that you allow at least 2 Docs to be edited and downloaded before requiring sign-up.

What do you like best?
I enjoy the ease with uploading and editing files. As well as, the ability to change file types or combine documents.
What do you dislike?
The formatting can be time consuming and is hard to keep text consistent with original document.

I would consider what you need it for and the price. It serves a good use for pdf editing and file management.
