I spent approx $70 for PDF Filler, could not find a page rotate icon when I really needed it, then a screen popped up that I would have to spend $120 per year to have this additional function. I was in the midst of needing to reorient some legal documents so paid the additional money. I find this to be less than fair business practice as when I signed up there was no clear breakdown presented on the functions available for different costs.

the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

The Product concept is very nice the use of tools are simple. Things that I don't like are is that you are required to select Continue in Browser when click the Hyper Link, this for me is an unwanted and in needed step.
The App I wish would allow you to search your fillable files, without the Link/Code or QR code you cannot use it. Would be more willing to use the App if this was a feature.

I enjoy very much that I can scan in documents and then fill in and add things to them easily.
What do you dislike?
Very little. But sometimes I find I accidentally click on the up/down bar instead of the buttons. Also, some of the buttons are not intuitive, but trial and error works well, and mistakes are easily deleted.

I used to need a type writer (or hand write) sometimes still to comply with using the forms given to me by the government. Now, I can upload them and use the computer. Much better.

I like how easy it is to edit a pdf and change what you want or add what you want to it
I find it difficult to see how big or small the font is until I print it

It served my purposes
It served my purposes. There were a few instances where it would not properly let me check a box. Also, inputting dates, did not always work as expected. I was not always able to manually type in a date. It forced me to use the calendar. Sometimes.

I've been a customer of ********************** for almost 2 years now. The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. I can't say enough about PDFFiller! Complete professionalism, confidentiality, and customer oriented. Try **********************! You will not be disappointed!
