What do you like best?
The ability to easily sign documentation, and have these pages sent directly to their intended recipients from one location. That it is cloud based and it's easy ability to integrate with our existing customer support solutions and office365
What do you dislike?
Their is very little to dislike by this platform, but the ability to add multiple sources for example if I want to print and email a copy of a document at once would be good. It's quite clunky at the moment, requiring us to save and then go back into the system and request print when we need a hard copy of the documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use, and very competitive pricing. If you compare this product with the more expensive competition it does all of the same things but at considerable less cost. I'd highly recommend this product to anyone looking at obtaining signatures or sharing documentation via the cloud. The control panel is very innovative and makes requesting/creating documentation very easy for end users.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have literally saved countless reams of paper and many man hours through using this software. Documents can be electronically signed, and sent and you can even request a signature for documents. Collaborating with staff and end users is made very easy through the user interface that is provided and you can easily see which users have signed the documentation or even request reminders when documents remain in a pending state.

The only thing I really had a problem… The only thing I really had a problem with is that I completed what I thought was a "free" form and then had to sign up for a free trial. The actual program is very useful and helpful and relatively easy to navigate through.

Required fields, also known as mandatory fields, are questions that must be answered by the form-filler. The opposite of a mandatory field is an optional field. With these questions, form-fillers have a choice.
When you make a field required, people must enter an answer to the field in order to submit their entry. When someone tries to submit an entry without filling out a required field, we highlight the problematic fields and display an error message to let them know the field is required.
Most designers use asterisks to indicate the required fields. But it is necessary to stop, the research on the subject is clear, and it is already the case for quite some time, used asterisks for the required field is a common mistake.
Entry Required field decides whether entering data in the field is necessary or not. So, if Entry Required is set to Yes, then that field must have some value in it. By default, Entry Required is set to Yes.
The need to check for mandatory fields is a very commonly used behavior. It ensures that the user is not able to move to the next page until all required fields have been completed. Note: Mandatory fields can also be managed in the Layout view by checking the Must Be Answered option on the object properties.
