Need Email Ease
I would prefer to have the email document link a little easier to navigate. Maybe a big button with 2 steps to it so it isn’t accidentally sent?

I have tried many PDF editors and to be honest this has the best user experience and least learning curve. I will recommend to others. The pricing is good and the fact that paypal is an option is awesome. Others only accept credit cards.

What do you like best?
It is very easy to use and user friendly. It is also easy to add fields and fill them in. When I am creating a document, I can also easily share them with each of our employee accounts. I also like how I am able to remove an employees account from having access to the documents with a click of a button.
What do you dislike?
I wish our technicians were able to use the app without internet service. In some cases, we do not have access to service, and we are unable to fill out our paperwork. It would also be nice to be able to add more than 4 other people to the account without having to get a corporate account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has all you could ever need all in one place. We have used the SignNow and faxing features, in addition to the typical use for pdfFiller.

We are able to keep all of our paperwork in one place, and the technicians are able to access it on their phones. This has made it easier to make sure all technicians are getting the correct paperwork for every job, and with the different accounts, we are able to hold the technicians accountable.

So far I love this service! Only had some tech issues yesterday and they were addressed quick by your tech support. I love the layout, it's very easy to navigate, and the editing options on the top bar also make it super easy to check, sign, and type just about anywhere in the document. I love it!

How do I separate bookmarks in a PDF?
Choose View > Tools > Organize Pages > Open to open the Organize Pages toolbar.
Click the Split button.
Choose Top level bookmarks from the Split by menu, and click on Split.
How do I copy bookmarks from one PDF to another?
Use “Plug-ins > Bookmarks > Copy From...” menu to copy bookmarks from another PDF file into a currently open document. This operation transfers all bookmarks and optionally adjusts bookmark actions according to user preferences. Use “Insert bookmarks” option menu to specify where to insert new bookmarks.
How do you count bookmarks in PDF?
Displaying the Total Number of Bookmarks To count the number of bookmarks and display the total at the end of the bookmark list, use the -count option with the -bookmark option. The figure below shows the results of running apgetinfo with the -count option and the -bookmark option on the ApUtilsSample.pdf file.
Can you split a PDF?
First, open the PDF file that you want to break into different parts. Click on the Tools pane, Pages panel and select the Split Document command. The Split Document dialog allows you to control the split by the number of pages in a file, file size, or by top-level bookmarks.
Can I split a PDF page in half?
Split your PDF online To split between two pages, click on the scissors icon on the left page. A dashed line will appear to show where the splitting will take place. Afterward, click on the “Save” button on the right and confirm.
