Confusing.. Registration gets you nothing.. then you end up paying then you can do something. Why Register if you cannot do anything with the form... does not make sense.

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. It's pretty good, but some repeat items don't load, and a couple times it would not let me add a 3rd line in a box. It would be nice if columns of numbers could add up.

Very helpful for filling out international documents in Japanese. Typing in Japanese alphabet was not good but the copy and paste approach worked just fine!

Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I never thought editing PDF files online would be that easy
PDF files, while really good, can also be a pain, and PDFfiller eases that pain. Why deal with scanners when you can fill PDF forms online? It's support to cloud services is also great
It just happens in the first times using it, but sometimes You can get a little lost if you're new to it

What do you like best?
One can easily edit, e-sign and share PDF documents online. Very effective while converting PDFs.
What do you dislike?
Doesn't let other forms of documents to convert. Only allows PDFs.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is not possible or difficult to e-sign your documents by using other websites or applications. Best website for e-sign.

I love the concept. This pdfFiller was extremely helpful with the form I needed to use. Much more than the IRS website. I would recommend this company working with them for more accuracy on the forms. I understood my document much better with the step by step process.
