What do you like best?
I like the fact that you have send a document via text or email to have someone electronically sign it. I also like the fact that you can edit PDF documents! It used to be so hard to get anything done at my current job but now I can edit Bill of Laidings, Commerical invoices.... etc.
What do you dislike?
nothing! this software is truly amazing!

Don't hesitate! You need this in your life! Its awesome for sending my drivers documents to Esign.

What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

Love the ease of use. I would highly recommednd this product to any business person. Initially, I was hesistant because learning new software is always my dread. However, once I signed on it was so easy. Makes daily document updates and creations easy. I can always find an Accord form I needed with this as well. And edit of pdfs are no longer an avoidance. Sometimes there is a delay from screen to screen. But nothing to really complain about.

Great support from the team, especially Kara Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. What do you like best? Editing, merging and marking-up PDF documents and particularly drawings (I am an architect) is easy to do on the program. Editing, deleting selected pages and merging are the most common features that I use, and this is easily done on pdfFiller. It would be helpful if the program has better ways to draw lines and circles, etc., as these are basic needs when marking-up drawings. These features need to be improved. What do you dislike? Drawing features are not user friendly and need to be improved. Highlighting, which is available on pdfFiller, can only be done in straight lines and not at an angle or in curved shapes. This needs to be improved. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Editing and merging PDF documents, marking-up PDF drawings. These are my most critical needs for document review and pdfFiller allows me to do all of this easily.
