It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. Very good. need a merge pdf button and convert from jpg to pdf like the Company SMALLPDF.COM I USE BOTH.. yours and theres to do my work, you have the best type and sign function, and they don't ... thats the only thing they are missing.

This was a great tool to use as I have suffered a horrible arm injury which made it very difficult to hand write. Your program was a life savior as I had numerous pages of medical documents to file.

What do you like best?
I work remotely, don't have a staff or colleagues at my finger tips and find myself in constant need of sending out advertising agreements in an efficient manner. I have the ability with PDF filler to quickly revise and add to routine contracts efficiently.
What do you dislike?
The process, of saving and downloading revisions sometimes requires extra clicks and can be simplified.

Logging issue troubleshoot
I was having issue logging into pdfFiller with the password that I remember, at the same time could not receive any email to reset my password. Harmhon, the live chat agent from pdfFiller, has patiently understand my situation. Although most of the time is user's issue that they don't check on junk mail or they have some instruction/rules listed in their setting. But Harmhon is able to figure that my email address was actually not being whitelisted in your company whitelist. That being said, after Harmhon inserted me into the whitelist, i am able to login without any issue again. I really appreciate Harmhon's patient and service. He is definitely a precious asset to pdfFiller! Keep up the good work!

What is a separation agreement and release?
An employment separation agreement, sometimes known as an employee separation agreement or a separation and release agreement, sets out the terms of an employee's separation from a company. The terms of this Agreement are the product of mutual negotiation and compromise between Company and Employee.
Is a separation agreement the same as being fired?
Employers can use a separation agreement with employees who are fired or laid off. Employee separation agreements can have many names. They're also known as termination agreements. Release of claims for employment. Employment separation agreements. And severance agreements.
What is the difference between termination and separation?
A separated employee is one who leaves an employment situation for any reason, whether voluntary or involuntary. A terminated employee is involuntarily let go, usually because of poor performance or lack of work.
Should I sign an employment separation agreement?
Do I have to sign an employment separation agreement? Well, in the USA, in general, the answer is no. However, it might be in your interest to do so, if by signing it you gain some benefit, like separation pay, or assistance in finding a new position, etc.
Can you get unemployment if you sign a separation agreement?
If poor behavior during employment was not the cause, then the claimant is usually provided unemployment benefits. When a separation agreement is carried out, it will outline terms of the separation and will usually have the employee sign an agreement waiving the right to sue the employer for wrongful termination.
Can you negotiate a separation agreement?
If you are terminated, you want to be able to negotiate a reasonable severance package, especially if you have an existing employment agreement. And your ability to get additional severance pay or benefits will depend on any negotiating leverage and potential claims against the company you may have.
Should I sign a separation and release agreement?
Although you don't have to sign a severance agreement, your employer may make it a condition of receiving severance pay.
