This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. The site is very confusing for a first timer and did not explain about using Google Chrome if you need to print any Documents, But Kirsten customer support was very good in helping and very patient to find a solution to enable me to print the Documents I need..

easy to use and reasonably priced. The only difficulty I had was finding how to get back to the template once I'd done one 1099. There is probably a way to keep my company info for each subsequent form but I didn't find it. I only had a few 1099's so this worked great and will want to use it next year.

For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

PDFFILLER has been one of the best platforms I’ve used in client document transmission. The price is unmatched for the services available and the HIPAA compliance seals the deal.

The only downside is how long some forms such as registration can take to complete when adding in the initial fillable fields.

Many of my clients are throughout the country, so the ease of securely transmitting documents while maintaining HIPAA compliance is the best problem solved. I recently discovered the ability to have documents faxed digitally through the services and it’s cut down on my physical paperwork.
