Great online chat support!
Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!

Easy to use. I would like a feature to more easily type in info on blanks on pdfs. Text boxes are clumsy and it is easier to just handwrite the date.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. I highly recommend if you just need to do one project I won't comment on the long term part but I signed up for free trial made edits on a 24 page PDF I received via email and to return via email filled out. I was ripped off by two other pdf companies before I tried this one. both times I did 24 pages of work only for it to paywall it and never recover it even after taking my money.THANK YOU PDFFILLER
