Fillable Forms I wish you could download your fillable form to a website with all features included You an edit PDFs and make forms fillable. It is easy to navigate and design your forms. I thought it was easy to add additional information to an existing pdf. I would like to be able to download the form to my computer and post to my company website and have all features work.

Yes a handyman/woman can pull permits for your project if they have a letter from you (the homeowner) authorizing them to act as an agent on your behalf. However, in order to obtain a permit you will need to have drawings done and stamped with a BIN or Building Code Identification Number.
The property owner or a contractor licensed by the State of California can obtain permits. Tenants may obtain a permit if they have the written permission of the property owner and the property owner signs the permit documents. It is always best if a licensed contractor obtains the permit.
Building permits are required by law as a public safety measure. Failure to obtain a building permit is a violation of Contractors License Law. Further, construction performed without a permit can expose a homeowner to additional liability and costs.
