Great online resource for signing and completing PDF files - I can send documents to people for review and signing directly from the website. - PDFfiller works with our Dropbox account so I can upload files directly from Dropbox. - The more advanced features of PDFfiller require a monthly subscription, though it isn't expensive considering all of the features that are included (custom branding, signature authentications, etc.).

Learn to Set up Phone Call Authentication

To protect the document from fraud signing, you can set a call authentication in SignNow, to make sure it will be signed by the right signer.
Click on Upload Document for your template to appear in the SignNow account.

Next, click the Invite to Sign icon.

In the section New User insert email address of the signer and click Advanced Options.

Choose Phone Call from the dropdown menu of the authentication options.

After you insert the telephone number of the signer, don’t forget to set reminders and expiration date. Next, click Send Invite.
