having being able to come to this website , find the court document i need , and fill it out all at the same time has been life changing for me lately. i am able to clearly see what's written, understand it more, and also once i'm done implementing my information i can print however many copies i need without leaving home. Writing this though cause their support is swift and reasonable.
I accidentally left my subscription running for 3 months after just using the free trial for 1 PDF edit.
After 1 email they refunded all 3 payments without making me jump through hoops.

What do you like best?
I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!!

Absolutely nothing! And I am not a company shill, just impressed!

What do you like best?
The ability to upload documents as templates, to work on completed documents, whether changing page order or add/modify information.
What do you dislike?
I find it challenging to change fonts and text color. I'm not even sure it's possible.

I loved this software and features
I loved this software and features. However it's just out of my budget right now. It would be helpful if there was a monthly subscription or payment plan. Instead of $96 all at once there should be an option to pay a monthly fee of $8.
