Unfortunately I paid for PDFescape before I found you. I subscribed to the Ultimate - it was very user unfriendly with absolutely no online tutorials or help - and I am no novice, I have designed and published several of my own websites. I really like the fact rhat PDF filller allows me to work on very important PDF documents that I need to fill out but I still have trouble navigating these documents which is why I only gave 4 stars. Maybe with better instructiins...

It was the worst because I had no idea how to work the program. It took well over 5hrs for something that should have taken less than 5 mins had a I known what to do

It is amazing how simple this app is to use. It is a real joy. I wish I had stumbled upon it years ago!

What do you like best?
I like to be able to upload multiple documents and then have the ability to rearrange them if needed, or remove, or even add to my entire document.
What do you dislike?
I do not like that the desktop extention frequently has errors, and continues to lag. I also do not like that the fax portion is uncustomizable.

It helps me to add or remove specific line items, which I do not want others to see. It also allows us to add pictures to the PDF documents, such as signatures, and or stamps for notary.

Quick to respond and follow through
I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
