So far so good So far so good, I would have given it a 5, if downloading my edited documents weren't hidden behind a paywall, but hey, I get it, it is in our nature to capitalize on things where it is impossible to find a solution, few have the solution, so why give it away for free? But yeah, good software none the less.

One of the major reasons to write a business letter is to provide information to the reader or request information from the reader. The information can be internal company data or external market information.
Business letter style Make your letters readable and direct. Choose short, accurate words. Use short sentences and orderly paragraphs. Following these conventions will make your letters easy to read, understand and remember.
Most formal letters will start with 'Dear' before the name of the person that you are writing to: 'Dear Ms Brown,' or 'Dear Brian Smith,' You can choose to use first name and surname, or title and surname. 'Dear Sir/Madam,' Remember to add the comma.
Finally, add the standard business greetings and endings. If you know your bank manager, you can write to him / her by name. (Dear Mr / Ms XX and end Yours sincerely). If you don't know the name, write Dear Sir / Madam and end Yours faithfully.
First line: Full name. Second line: Company name. Third line: Street address. Fourth line: City or town, followed by the state name and zip code. The address should appear under the sender's name and should be aligned to the left.
