Takes a little getting used to, but not bad
Fairly easy to use once you get used to the set up and lay out. I had used different software to begin with so it took some time to get used to. I like the fact that you can create or upload your document, fill it out, sign it and then send it off to be signed by another party all in one place.
Took some getting used to as I had used different products in the past. Other than that, there really is nothing bad about this software.

I needed a template to create a one pager for a project and pdf filler was perfect for editing the document. I could even add pictures.

Excellent customer service and supportI recently needed to contact them for an issue I had and was helped by Shannen. I used their Live Support Chat, waited less than 1 minute and my problem was dealt with with in less than 5 minutes. Shannen was helpful, polite and made it easy. What is the relationship between account and contact?
Contacts and Accounts have a lookup relationship, but this relationship has a property called CascadeDelete set to true. This is why the contact is deleted when the parent object is deleted. Account and contact behaves as master detail in business logics but on UI it is a lookup relationship.
