What do you like best?
How simple it is to use. I can sign on anywhere and make edits to pdf's. I can also convert documents. I've been using pdf filler for almost 3 years now and absolutely love it! Just renewed my subscription for year 4!
What do you dislike?
No complaints. Even on the rare occasion where the system crashes, the pdf filler team sends you an email to let you know they're working on correcting the problem. It's usually fixed within minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think about it twice, use it!

Use PDFfiller for my PDF editing and signing needs
I use it quite often and it has made my life much easier.
PDFfiller provides a lot of functionality for a low cost compared to other solutions.
A few features were missing when I first started using it but they have added functionality and it's much better now.

There is an eraser feature that is the best thing ever. This allows you to change a PDF document. How many times do you need to modify a document, or wish it said something different, but don't have an editable version. With PDFfiller you can erase the verbiage, and replace it with something else. You can also easily place your signature on documents too. You can upload you own personal signature too.

What do you like best?
That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner.
What do you dislike?
That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to complete my forms needed in a timely manner and saving time for me is ALWAYS beneficial. I am more productive.

Had many of the forms I needed, however, surprised with researching NC business forms I found a 1997 form but not a 2000 form. Fortunately I can use a 2001 form for 2000 year.

Marie from the Customer Support Center worked with me promptly to ensure I received a refund. It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund. Should I sign a quit claim deed before my ex refinances?
Most spouses are reluctant to sign a quitclaim deed for this reason, at least until they're sure that you have refinanced the mortgage, so they're no longer responsible for it. Your wife's attorney might actually advise her not to sign the deed until you've refinanced the mortgage.
Can I refinance with a quit claim deed?

No, in most states, the Grantee is not required to sign the Quitclaim Deed. However, some counties do require that the Quitclaim Deed be signed by the Grantee in addition to the Granter. Usually, a Quitclaim Deed is sent to the Grantee after it has been recorded.
