it's a little bit too expensive for me. I will not have to use it very often, maybe only once or twice a month for work, but i do require the premium package for all of the features that i need to have. so it just seems crazy to me to pay almost $200 a year for something im only going to use 24 times the whole year. other than the too high price, i think its a great program!

Speedy and excellent customer service
I had a trial/billing issue and sent an email to their support email address. It was around midnight when I sent my email so I didn't think I would hear anything back from them until later that day during business hours. Not only did I hear back from them with an email almost immediately that night, but their representative resolved my issue right then and there. Superb customer service!

Worth the money
I've been subscribing to this service for several years! I love it! It's nice to be able to start on my laptop or phone and pick up where I left off on the other device. The download notification feature is nice because it ensures the person got your email and actually downloaded the file. Will maintain my subscription for the immediate future.

Great Customer Service
I was checking out pdfFiller to help with a project I was working on. I must have started a free trial and forgot to cancel. I received a charge for an annual subscription via paypal. I found this site to be helpful. A great time saver on changing documents. I would have saved more time, if I knew ahead of time, that the scanned in pdf, that I edited, would not be able to convert to a word document.

How do I insert a shape and type text in it?
First, you'll need to insert a shape by going to Insert > Shapes. We're going to use a nice rounded rectangle, which by default will be filled in with blue. Right-click anywhere in your shape and click the Add Text command. This places an insertion point in the shape where you can type your text.
