I've just started the trial service but so far I'm finding the software very user friendly. I've uploaded an application used by our non-profit and marked all the fields needing completion. It was very easy to do. Testing has gone well. Looking forward to using this for our membership drive.

Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. I have only used it to get the 1500 form used in billing. I like that you can save your info.
You can save your documents and print them. It is easy to use. I like the ability to fax and mail from the site.
I have not used it yet to develop a form. I hope to do so before the New Year. It is nice to be able to mail and fax from the site.

I had some issues with my account and billing so I used their live chat and it took no more than 3 minutes for them to settle my issue and refund my money.
