Its so easy to use! I like the fact that i can easily send faxes of the document that i created! I can now get rid of three other services i paid for and just use PDF FILLER!

How do you transfer shares?
The company name and registration number. The number and class (type) of shares being transferred. The amount paid, or due to be paid, for the shares (if applicable) The details of any non-cash payments (if applicable)
Can you transfer shares from one person to another?
If you decide to transfer your shares to someone else, you'll have to perform a stock transfer using a stock transfer form. You can obtain the form by visiting the website of the stock registry agent or contacting the agent by phone.
How do I transfer shares to a family member?
Shares owned by a person can be gifted to another person (relative or otherwise) by following a certain procedure. Since gifting constitutes a transfer, and the transfer is for no consideration, such a transfer can be carried out using the off market transfer mechanism.

What are the documents required for share transfer?
A person who gives his signature, name and address as approval for transfer must see the transferor and the transferee sign the share/debentures transfer deed in person. The relevant share/debenture certificate or allotment letter with the transfer deed must be attached and sent to the company.
How do you transfer shares in physical form to another person?
Physical shares can be transferred in your name by filling a share transfer form(SH4). Fill all the details of Transferee and Transferor and both should sign on the form, you have to do franking on the same 0.25% of the total value of the shares.
How do I transfer share certificates?
Step 1: Obtain share transfer deed in the prescribed format. Step 2: Execute the share transfer deed duly signed by the Transferor and Transferee. Step 3: Stamp the share transfer deed as per the Indian Stamp Act and Stamp Duty Notification in force in the State.
Can we sell shares in physical form?
It is just that you cannot sell the shares or transfer the shares if they are in physical form. Currently, you can send a physical certificate with the Transfer Deed (TD) and the registrar will send you the fresh certificates with your name as the registered owner on the certificate itself.
