On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I immediately contacted customer service and notified them of the issue. To say that they went right into action to fix my problem would be an understatement. PDFfiller - you're service is great. You're customer service is AWESOME. Thank you for not only addressing my issue quickly and efficiently but for going above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience to me.

What do you like best?
I like that we can search the internet for fillable forms. I also like that we can email and fax right from pdffiller
What do you dislike?
The only issue I have had is when using the iPad or iPhone version. The dates become messed up for some reason. Very simple to fix once I’m back in a computer though.

very happy so far, awesome program for what I'm doing, fairly easy to navigate thus far, the real test will come in a few months when I'm using it a bit more to its potential.

Well laid out, easy to use fillable pdf program
Just downloaded this program and am impressed already. It's well laid out, easy to use, and overall a great experience. It's nice to be able to turn non-fillable pdf's into fillable ones.

The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...

sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.

Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

How can you share a record?
Go to the Module from which you want to share a record and select a record. In the Record Details page, click the More Actions icon and then click Share. In the Sharing [Record] popup, do the following: Select the users with whom you want to share the record.
What are the different ways to share a record?
Role Hierarchy: If we add a user to a role, the user is above in the role hierarchy will have read access. OWN: Defines the baseline setting for the organization. Manual Sharing: Criteria Based Sharing rules: Apex sharing:
Who can manually share records?
Manual sharing allows users to grant one-off access to their individual records for users, roles, and public groups. Manual sharing is available: To the record owners, their managers in the role hierarchy, and administrators. For objects set as public read-only or private in organization-wide defaults.
How can a user have full access to a record?
Every record is owned by a user or a queue. The owner has full access to the record. In a hierarchy, users higher in the hierarchy always have the same access to users below them in the hierarchy. This access applies to records owned by users, as well as records shared with them.
What is the difference between permission set and sharing rules?
They just allow greater access for particular users. You can share records owned by certain users or meeting certain criteria. Permission sets only provide general permissions to objects. Creating a permission set is like extending a profile.
What is the difference between profile and permission set?
The key difference between the two is that the Profile is the users base set of permissions and all users are assigned to one. Profiles can be used to give or take away permission from the users assigned to it. Permission Sets can only give or extend permission to the users assigned to it.
What is the sharing rule?
Sharing Rules. Use sharing rules to extend sharing access to users in public groups, roles, or territories. Sharing rules give particular users greater access by making automatic exceptions to your org-wide sharing settings.
