PDF filler has been a life saver! So many times I have been required to fill out documents that most would typically print out, fill by hand, scan, and email back. PDF filler has allowed me to save time by being able to fill out the forms digitally, tremendously increasing my productivity and turn around time. All documents are neat and professional-looking, including my digital signature! Initially I was unsure about whether or not it was worth spending the money on PDF filler b/c I wasn't sure how often I would be using it, but now I would definitely say it's worth it! An absolute necessity for any business to have to get things filled out quickly and neatly!

Once document is finished, it is always like a Easter egg hunt to find its saved location on my PC. Should be in downloads folder, but guess again!

PDF filler allows one to complete a complicated form in legible printed characters. This makes a very good impression with clients, banks and other recipients of the finished document.

Overall great value for the performance and features!
Great UI/UX, picks up all embedded objects from a multi-layer or flat PDF file. Reasonable subscription plan options and the signature/send to sign features are a game changer for a SaaS tool.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

I LOVE pdfFiller!!!! However it would be better if I could have a shortcut icon on my Desktop... it would make my life soooooo much easier. I need this ability from pdfFiller. I was impressed! I had tried another route and it was horrible. After hours of working on my document in another program my stress level skyrocketed. Then I am not even sure how I got to this place but I am so happy I did! I will be back for sure. I highly recommend pdfFiller. Great job everyone!

What does a share certificate look like?
What does a share certificate look like? A typical share certificate is a rectangular document set out in landscape orientation. It states the date of issue and all relevant details that pertain to the shares that have been taken on a certain date by a particular shareholder.
What does a stock certificate look like?
Stock certificates will include information such as the number of shares owned, the date, an identification number, usually a corporate seal and signatures. They are a bit bigger than a normal piece of paper, and most of them have intricate designs to discourage fraudulent replication.
Are stock certificates worth anything?
Old stock certificates shouldn't be simply thrown away. They can still have value if they represent an existing or merged company, or if they are valued as collectibles. If the stock has split over the years, the amount listed might not be the amount your certificate is worth.
How do you get a stock certificate?
There are several ways you can get your certificate. The first and most obvious way, is to go directly through the company and ask to have a physical certificate mailed directly to you. From the Shareholder tab, access the Share Certificates list by clicking on the Maintain Share Certificates button. Then press Add new share certificate to create a new certificate. You then just need to fill in the details you want to appear on the certificate.

Name of issuing Company. IN no. Address of the company's registered office. Name of owners of such shares. Folio number of member. Number of shares which is represented by such share certificate. An amount which is paid on such shares. Distinct number of the shares.
