How to Use the Share Tentative Field Certificate Feature
The Share Tentative Field Certificate feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily share a document with others for review and collaboration. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to share in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Share' button located at the top right corner of the screen.

In the dropdown menu, select 'Tentative Field Certificate'.

A dialog box will appear where you can enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to share the document with. You can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas.

Choose the access level for the recipients. You can select 'Can View', 'Can Comment', or 'Can Edit'.

If you want to add a message to the recipients, you can enter it in the 'Message' field.

Click on the 'Send' button to share the document.

The recipients will receive an email with a link to access the shared document. They can click on the link to view, comment, or edit the document based on the access level you have granted.

You can track the status of the shared document by going to the 'Share' tab in pdfFiller. Here, you can see who has accessed the document and their activity.

To revoke access to the shared document, simply click on the 'Revoke' button next to the recipient's name in the 'Share' tab.

What do you like best?
I have tried many signing apps and software and this one is by far the best in terms of ease, flexibility and speedy workflow.
What do you dislike?
Maybe it is just something I am not figuring out...but the orange box prompts on some documents get more in the way sometimes than help.

Easy to use but comprehensive options for editing. Quick and efficient which is important with time sensitive docs and a busy life. Some recent new features tells me the company is progressive. I was having technical difficulties one day and support was responsive. I've tried numerous PDF/Editing programs. and this is by far my favorite. It's web based not some ap that you have to download that later crashes your computer. Can access it from any PC so that helps too.
What do you dislike?
The price is substantially more that I'd like to see. Takes a bit to save file to PC once done editing. can be a little slow at times but still a reliable tool I use at least weekly if not daily. Something in the $50 range would be delightful and it's well above that currently. Maybe efax for this price I have not used the esign feature yet so maybe will try that given our member benefit program is lapsing.

Quick way to edit and correct documents. Easy to save and access later. Lots of options for composing sending and revising. I only use basic functions but there are several ways to use this valuable tool beyond the features I use that exceed other competitors.
