I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? I liked that I can type in the blanks for documents , but I only needed it once and I didn't really didn't understand the price I though got it was $6 a month not $72. But the understanding of customer service was great I'm glad I'll be getting my refund. Thank you again. It's a ok service maybe for a business not personal use

I do like the ease of use as this is the first time I have used a PDF application. I have just started using Adobe and unfortunately I think I like that better. Not positive yet.

I loved using the program. It helped on saving paper while allowing to update documents without having to print, use white out, and scan the updated document. It was really the only feature I used, but i know there was so much more to the program. I would love if they created a pay option that was cheaper than basic or reduced the price of basic for those of us who just need it for one or two functions. It was very easy to use and i wish i needed it for other things. Overall still a great program and i would recommend it to anyone. I am only giving it 4 stars due to me just not needing it for a whole lot.

4 stars for now, I will change it once I receive my refund but I am happy with my interaction with their chat support. His name is Ralph, very straightforward , no wasting of time unlike other customer supports I encountered in the past.

It has helped me merge my PDF documents and i am able to re-arrange pages. I wish it was not limiting the number of pages though. The number of pages increases once you merge a document and once it exceeds that 150 pages, it does not allow one to re-arrange the pages.

This program really provides me the opportunity to create the forms and fillable documents that can help speed up my report filling.
I enjoy the different ways to sign and initial different documents that otherwise could not be sent back electronically without several steps. I also have created templates and forms for consistent reports and forms I will be using to help speed up my entries. Thank you I do enjoy the program But I only know a little about it. I wish there was a little more user friendly tutorials.

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. Thank you **** and ***** for your unbelievable attention to detail and rapid results.
