Enjoyable and functional.
Ease of use, functionality, and security features. I like the automatic lock out for the encryption and I enjoy the accuracy in identifying areas that need to be filled out.
That I cannot move folders within folders under the encrypted area. I would like to be able to drag folders into other folders. I would also like to merge more than 5 documents at a time.

Reduce the number of worksheets If you have worksheets with data that you're not using—and that don't contain any formulas you're using—delete them from the spreadsheet. The more data points you have in your workbook, the larger your file size will be. Removing unused data will reduce your file size.
How do I get rid of unnecessary rows and columns in Excel?
Delete Blank Cells in Excel Select the cell range, and then select Edit-Go To and click the Special button. Choose Blanks and select the OK button to confirm. Right mouse click on the selected empty cell, choose Delete and Entire row. After pressing the OK button all rows with empty cells in excel mac will be deleted.
