What do you like best?
I love that all of my documents are readily accessible in one location. I can create templates and all of my documents look professional. I am very satisfied.

To reduce the size of your PDF, open the file, then go to Convert > Compress. This will bring up a menu where you can choose the compression level, from smallest to largest (file size). At the smallest option, with file compression and image resampling set to 150 dpi, our 11,775MB file got compressed to 261.53KB.
How to Reduce PDF File Size Below 40 KB Navigate to pdfFiller website and login to your account. Click the Add New button and browse for a document you need to compress. Alternatively, browse the pdfFiller library for a template you need.
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF that you want to compress. Choose File > Export. (Don't choose Export as PDF.) Click the Quartz Filter pop-up menu, then choose Reduce File Size.
