My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. My power went out while preparing the doc and I panicked all my work would be lost. When I rebooted and opened the website fillable form, there it was! I was able to breathe again.

just started using the product and it works very well. The only thing is that I will use it for the forms I need to fill out and then will cancel since I won't need to use the product after 30 days. You should have a one time fee.
