I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. This tool is AMAZING!!! I've wasted so much time over the years bringing images into Word and overlaying text boxes to accomplish what this tool does SO easily. Thank You! One suggestion: when I click on a document page on the left side of the screen, it would be great if that page opened roughly where I clicked. That is, if I click on the bottom of the page image on the left, it would be great if the page opened with the bottom showing, rather than having to scroll down to the bottom. This would make it the same as Acrobat.

It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful.
With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.

I was a little disappointed when i realized it was $20.00 a month on month to month plan. i intend to cancel after the cycle has ended.
Other then that i have been very satisfied.

It makes is so much easier to complete, manage and print a UB 04. I have never done it before, and have been stressing over it. This site has made it much easier.

What do you like best?
How simple it is to use. I can sign on anywhere and make edits to pdf's. I can also convert documents. I've been using pdf filler for almost 3 years now and absolutely love it! Just renewed my subscription for year 4!
What do you dislike?
No complaints. Even on the rare occasion where the system crashes, the pdf filler team sends you an email to let you know they're working on correcting the problem. It's usually fixed within minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think about it twice, use it!

Last minute edits. Also love the signature feature that includes the dates. That comes in very handy in my field, which is real estate.

I'd like to be able to change the font in the text option, as it doesn't always look right if mismatched.

Uploading the documents she needs is a breeze, and the program alerts me to activity, for example, when she emails the documents to us for distribution.

i find it easy to use. but i was wondering if there's a way to order a 3page document that when i wright on the first it goes through the other 2 so i can have a copy for the customer and 2 for the ofice.
