While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. A wonderful tool for small business
Filling and sending forms is extremely easy, other people can sign into the account and use it.
It makes filling out forms a breeze, no more handwriting. It's very simple to use, allows good organization and many ways of printing or sending the completed form.
The E-Signature is a bit funny but that's my only complaint.

Good. I used to use Docusign but they ruined everything by not allowing direct access to an existing account within email. It would be good if you could do that btw - when you preview a document in gmail you should be in the dropdown list of options for opening the doc and editing it.

I only needed one form to send to my doctor to fill out for medical baseline allowance. Somehow I didn't end up in SDG&E site as their program is free.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
