For the most part, it is a helpful tool. However, I will need to cancel my initial free subscription because one of the documents I would be using on a bi-weekly basis would be for payroll purposes. Unfortunately, when I scanned the document, I was not able to enter numbers in the fields. After several attempts, I checked the hardcopy document and it has a feature, which requires an applicant to fill in the document with a blue pen, something I was not aware of ahead of time. Evidently, the company had the documented protected to only read "handwritten", blue pen entries. I would be using the document as mentioned above for other candidates on a weekly basis and since this product, through no fault of its own, won't allow me to do that, it doesn't serve my business purposes.

Very professional, highly recommended.
I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. I like that I can bring in any fillable…
I like that I can bring in any fillable document, it makes everything to do with a business much easier. It's just not very easy to do. I have to remember how to do it every time. Not sure if that is my fualt or if this is just not that user friendly.

I need a pdf editor and I use this product because it is a cheaper alternative
I like and need a product that allows me to edit and mark a pdf file.
The Editing feature on this product was hard for me to master

USCG application form, cancellation.
I used pdfFiller to downloand an complete an application. It was seamless, and worked as expected. More importantly, I realized I had little use for this app on a longterm basis.I cancelled (incompletely, it turns out) my trial subscription online.A month later I received notice that my 1 year subscription had been processed.Fortunately two of the technicians came to my assistance, on a Sunday, no less.They cancelled my subscription and confirmed the action with me.I was very impressed with their response, and commend the company for which they work!

What do you like best?
The best thing is simply how it works. So many forms that need to be filled out and they are sent in formats that don't allow that. pdfFiller fixes that problem.
What do you dislike?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike. It's a great software.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I do private consulting for government contractors and we have to finalize a LOT of Non-Disclosure Agreements. pdfFiller makes that a snap. Also we have many forms that have to be executed and it would be so difficult without this program.
