I was looking for a PDF filler software that would be easy to use, fast and reliable. Though perhaps a bit expensive, PDFfiller.com is extremely well-designed, feature-rich and easy to use. While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. While I'm still a bit troubled by this aspect of PDFfiller's site design, when I raised the issue with your support staff, Ellilou Ilano quickly responded and helped resolve my problem.

It has worked fairly well so far. I would like to be able to change, or add to the saved names of the files that I make instead of the generic names PDFfiller gives them. If that is possible, I can't see how.

What do you like best?
The ability to edit practically any document, within reason. As a Finance professional, it's much easier to add a JPEG of a signature to hundred of checks rather than signing them by hand. My carpal-tunnel free wrists thank you!

I don't have any negative comments; everything that the program promises, it delivers.

I absolutely love the forms i can find in the library that are so useful to everyday life. It is incredibly easy to navigate fill in the fields and just print.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

What do you like best?
I can manage various professional documents with minimal difficulty---especially during these past few years, when electronic submissions replaced face to face meetings.

Nothing, really. All of the features are clear and easy to use.

I like everything except when filing in…
I like everything except when filing in the forms the lines do not automatically wrap to the next line. I have to know to stop and manually go to the next line, Maybe that could be fixed. Also, when I tried to share the completed to form via email; nothing was received by the recipient. Only via fax did information get received.
